| Unix Web Space |
Each of our hosting accounts offer
an amount of disk space to use for your website, databases and
e-mail. The amount of space is geneorous, however if you run
out of space, extra space can be added to your account at any
time or your account type can be upgraded. |
| Mailboxes |
A POP3 mailbox is an area on our
servers which allows incoming mail to be stored until it is
downloaded via an e-mail client. All the accounts come with
a set number of POP3 mailboxes. This will allow you to set up
e-mail accounts for all your staff or departments. If required
more mailboxes can be added to your account. |
| Autoresponders |
An auto responder replys to incoming
e-mails automatically. The reply can be customized via the control
panel at any time. For example, they can be used to respond
to incoming sales requests. Each account has a number of auto-responders
that can be added to at any time |
| Multi-Recipient Addresses |
Each account comes with a number
of multi-recipient addresses (MRA). These are used to distribute
e-mail sent to one e-mail address to multiple recipients in
your company. |
| Control Panel |
Each account allows maintenance of
your site via our web based control panel. The control panel
is fully featured and makes creation of e-mail addreses, configuration
of auto-responders, etc a breeze. All your account functionality
is accessed from the control panel, including an on line help
facility and graphical site statistics. |
| Customised Error Pages |
Each account has the facility to set up customised
error page, which will provide an informative error message
to users of your site. If errors are handled properly then this
will enourage users to navigate back into your site |
